Consistency

Pre-scheduling means consistency..... In this industry one day you will have to many clients than you can possibly service and then the next day, nothing. This is due to the lack of responsiveness on the part of the salon and you as a stylist. SO GET OVER WHAT EVER IT IS THAT IS HOLDING YOU BACK TO PRE-SCHEDULE....the sooner you are on to a consistent business.

To often you hear, "Do you want to make your next appointment?" People then blurt out the words NO. How about trying " You usually come in every six weeks, would you like to come back the same day and time in six weeks? Even if they end up saying No you keep asking them each time they come in for their appointment bc im sure by them not making it they would be deneid bc you are going to be booked up from the ones who do make them.
